We accept phone orders for any merchandise shown on this site.

If you wish to order a product, please make a note of the item description: the name, color and other information as listed.

For your convenience, we've created a worksheet you can print on your desktop printer.

Milbra's Crystal accepts personal checks but must wait for funds to clear the bank before shipping. For faster service, a money order may be used.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, we will accept return under the following conditions:

1. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.

2. The temporary "Milbra's Crystal" stamp must be visible on returned glassware – DO NOT WASH IT OFF!

3. All items must be returned in the original packing materials.

4. You are responsible for return shipping costs including insurance equal to the amount of purchase.
